Don't worry I see you!

I've personally experienced all of these. And I get it. Not that long ago, I was knee-deep in a series of major life challenges and disappointments, including  a restless inner conflict, burnout, impossibly toxic situations and divorce. I was so disconnected from who I really was and what I really wanted that my life was slowly falling apart around me. 

This was the catalyst for my own personal transformation. I leant inwards, connected with my creativity and inner truth, and seized the challenges and inner turmoil I faced and used them as opportunities for expansion and empowerment.

I'm Sam

From CFO to Artist, Creative Mentor, Life Coach and Spirtual Guide, my decade long personal spiritual creative journey has been a life changing one! A series of life disappointments from baby loss and divorce to burnout and feelings of disconnection, restlessness and emptiness, were the catalysts for a spirtual creative journey that led me out of the dark and transformed the way I care for myself and show up in the world.

This journey is what inspires me to support other women evolve into the most beautiful, authentic, best versions of themselves using soul-led creative empowerment as a guide to access and harness their unique inner power and wisdom.

My goal is to help women to realise that they already have everything they need within themselves to live more expansively, and to feel self nurtured and whole - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. 

As a practising artist, I also find great joy in sharing my art with the world and fuelling the connection between people's hearts and homes. It's a huge honour to have your art featured in another person's home sanctuary.

I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, nestled in nature in between the stunning coast and the luscious hinterland, with my tween daughter Daisy and our little bouncy dog Beau. I'm a self-confessed homebody obsessed with connecting my heart with my home through my love for art, flowers, nature and sentimental treasures.
